CM-300
Corona Master is composed of a high frequency generator and electrode unit. The electrode initiates corona discharging with the peeled off cables by supplying high frequency, high voltage. As a result, the coating surface (PE, PVC, TEFLON, HDPE, or LDPE) is activated to improve the adhesion power in the second process-printing and adhesion. |

There are two types available - Electric Corona Discharging type and Gas Plasma type. Gas Corona type uses a mixture of air and gas. Compared to the Electric Corona Discharging type, it has better surface activation effects. |
