Installed in a cable manufacturing line, an AC SPARK TESTER is a general tester that has been used for several decades
to detect bad insulation. It is a very general tester used to find the location of sparks resulting from the wire’s spiral,
pinhole, dents, and alien substances.
Depending on the exterior appearance, it can be classified into three types.
1) Control separation type - The Detector and the Control Unit are separately installed. You can install the Control Unit
in the controller or near the workers for use.
2) Integrated compact type - The Detector and the Control Unit are integrated as one unit. Great exterior appearance and
compact size. Can support safe use of up to 30,000V.
3) Extra-large integration type - Extra-large size. Supports safe use in the ultra-high voltage cable of up to 40,000V.
